Most actors would be lucky to work on one of the biggest releases in a given year.Andy Serkiswill be involved with two in 2015.Mark Ruffalohas revealed that Serkis is helping him onAvengers: Age of Ultron, before Serkis heads over to doStar Wars Episode VII. Hit the jump for more details.
@Captaian_jackWell, I have been working with the great@andyserkison the big green boy and he is going to be even better then A1.

The wording suggests that Serkis isn’t playing a new character, but rather that he’s helping Ruffalo with his mo-cap scenes as the Hulk. As you’ll recall, Ruffalo didn’t just play Bruce Banner inThe Avengers. He also played the Hulk, with the help of green screens and skintight suits decorated with awkward dots and balls, and he’ll do the same forAvengers: Age of Ultron.
While we had no complaints about Ruffalo’s performance in the last film, it can only help Ruffalo to get some additional pointers from Serkis forAge of Ultron. Ruffalo’s a great actor, but Serkis is a mo-cap legend. He’s earned heaps of praise for his work on films likeLord of the Ringsand thePlanet of the Apesprequels.
How much work Serkis is doing onAvengers: Age of Ultronis unclear. Both it andStar Wars Episode VIIare shooting in London, which helps explain how Serkis is able to pitch in withAvengerseven asStar Warsgets underway.
In the meantime, keep an eye onRuffalo’s Twitterfor moreAvengersdirt. He’s been tweeting up a storm from the set, posting cute photos of his co-starsand such.
